Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar

The overlay scrollbars look pretty nice, however, when they are on a
pane/window that can be resized, this is impossible to do anywhere the
orange line is present. As an example, I just had a really large input
field in Gwibber, but as the pane with my timeline was *just* not wide
enough to fit the timeline, it was impossible to resize the input field,
as there was an orange bar almost completely covering the edge, and when
I mouse over it, the scrollbar handler would prevent me from grabbing
the edge.

(Ah, hmm, apparently this only happens when I approach the edge from
above, in the process crossing the orange bar with my cursor, or mousing
to far up, again crossing the orange bar. Not sure how this could be
solved, but it's not a very usable way to resize something.)
