Thank you for reporting this bug and for your feedback to improve Ubuntu. Could
you please try to reproduce this using the latest version of Software center,
4.0, available in Ubuntu 11.04? I have tried this by :
1) Opening software center and double-clicking a deb file -> the deb file was
opened in the existing SC
2) Double-clicking the DEB, and double-clicking the deb again-> still only one
instance of SC
3) Double-clicking the deb, wait for SC to load the info, then double-click
again -> still only one instance.
If you are still able to reproduce this, please describe the exact steps you
have taken to reproduce.
