Public bug reported:

In the versions above Java 1.6.0_16 a line was wrapped in JTextArea at
the (# of column - 1) character. For example, I declared a JTextArea by
40 rows and 80 columns; it wrapped a line at 79th character other than
80th character. It behaved correctly in the versions older than Java
1.6.0_16. This issue still exists in Java 1.6.0_25. I have to declare a
JTextArea by one more column (40 x 81) to show a text which actually has
40 rows and 80 columns.

** Affects: sun-java6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
