Public bug reported:
After i updated from 10.10 to 11.04 the WIFI signal is now weaker than before.
When i move the laptop into a room where the signal is weaker still, i will see
timeouts, and IRC will disconnect.
When i run wireshark in a weak location the log will be full of lost packets.
On 10.10 and when i boot into windows the signal is fine in all
locations, just slower where the signal is weaker.
