The problem is caused by akonadi-server which requires mysql 5.1 to upgrade and
you have mysql 5.0 from karmic installed.
To upgrade, you can either upgrade mysql to 5.1 which is the version available
since Lucid or remove it and reinstall after the upgrade, or depending on your
usage of your system remove akonadi-server (but it is not sure that it will fix
the problem if mysql 5.1 is required by another package)
