madhu, a problem with Font Gallery was unreproducible using Ubuntu
11.04, LibreOffice Impress via the Terminal:
loimpress -nologo
click Fontwork Gallery icon at bottom right -> Favorite 1 -> OK button
-> double clicked Fontwork and was able to change the words and the
font.
