Yes, I do, but when I select "other", which is the correct option, it
presents a dialogue box saying "You need to specify a package or PID.
Please see help for more information".

So clearly, the help, which says "If you have a hardware issue or don't
know the name of the program affected, just type ubuntu-bug", is not
helpful ;-)
