It appears that the BAD GEOM come from a bad format from the
installation, I've made a new installation with a new harddrive format
with MBR partition table and now it's ok.
I don't know it the problem come from the installation or if it was just
a bad luck.
Then everything is OK with BTRFS as / and /home with an encrypted HD and
encrypted /home/myuser
for the moment, I consider that's not a real bug, excepted if someone
else has the same.
