Hi Andy Whitcroft,
I'm marking it as "Confirmed" for Linux because Linux does not support this
hardware, forcing the user to rely on this third-party module.
It should be supported by the default kernel, so I consider it a bug there too.
** Summary changed:
- Regression: flag "-pg" on /usr/src/$(uname -r)/Makefile prevents
acerhk-source package from compiling, cutting internet access
+ Regression: flag "-pg" on /usr/src/$(uname -r)/Makefile prevents
acerhk-source package from compiling. Computer becomes unusable because there
is no equivalent to acerhk in the kernel.
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: Invalid => Confirmed
