Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: software-center
1. Go to software center
2. Find any installed application
3. Click button for place a comment about this application
4. A window appears with an infinite loading and says "Logging"
5. That's all. Logging an infinite.
Thus, I can not comment applications at the Software Center :(
