I believe that I have some convoluted maverick and natty system on my
machine at this point. I though it was going to roll back the updates
to maverick, but that did not seem to happen.

My system launches and looks like maverick, but when I go to System and
About Ubuntu, it states that I am on Natty 11.04. I can't seem to get
to the new desktop or see any difference, except that my of my Icons
have changed for .ods and .odt files. So I believe that I was ungraded
from Open Office to LibreOffice.

I have downloaded and burned a disk with natty and was thinking of just
installing over my system. I am not sure if this is the approach I
should take. Must be sure to back up as much of my system setting as I
can, and not sure just how to do that.

You are the only response I have received, so I am waiting to see if
someone can assist with my upgrade. Thanks for your response. I was
hoping to see more responses and some help on what to do now.
