The bug doesn't occur on my system anymore.

file: /home/<user>/.local/share/applications/pcs2.desktop:
=======
Exec=env WINEDEBUG=-all WINEPREFIX=/home/<user>/.wine/ wine "C:\\Program
Files\\Adobe\\Adobe Photoshop CS2\\Photoshop.exe"
Category=Apps > Graphics > Photoshop
Icon=/home/<user>/.local/share/applications/ps.svg
=======
So, the file is obviously created by wine.

Earcandy seams still to be loaded while unity startup. But, there is no
bug message anymore. Perhaps an update of earcandy or another package
solved the problem earlier. But, when I grep the process list for
earcandy, there is no process. I don't know if this is the normal
behaviour.

When I start "earcandy" in a terminal the following, not so promising
output appears:

  I cannot tell you when the bug message disappeared first time.
