I am using Ubuntu 11.04 i386 (this also happens in pre-alpha oneiric)
The file /usr/lib/pkgconfig/SDL_ttf.pc seems to have been omitted in the
*-dev package and is causing problems with building SDL packages. I have
recently installed SDL_ttf from source and this file was included.
