Public bug reported:

11.4
when choosing "Other Problem" it just tells to find the offending process PID 
and stops. 
This is not very useful as
1) One doesn't know, what process is causing the bug, one wants to report
2) Ubuntu-bug just terminates, so even if one could guess a PID, there is 
nowhere to tap it in.
