Thanks all! I can now read all the audit entries in the logfile. I made the required entries in the apparmor profile for chromium-browser. aa-logprof isn't the perfect tool I thought it. So manually opened /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.chromium-browser.
Chromium-browser is starting now with enforced profile.
