Confirming the feature request for Inkscape to insert a generic palette
name or use the file name instead if there is no name defined in the
palette file.
@Alex - could you take a look at other packages affected (e.g. create-
resources) on ubuntu and other linux distros (user proper resources
names for installed shared resources)?
