Steps to reproduce:
1) Create and log in to a new user account.
2) Click the Firefox icon in the launcher.
3) Press Ctrl+T to open a new tab.
4) Press Super+1 to open the home folder.
5) Point the mouse to the left edge of the screen.
Observe that the launcher does not unhide.
6) Click the BFB.
Observe that the dash appears but the launcher does not.
