In Feisty, on some computers, and for some users only, VLC disappears
from the Applications menu after an upgrade from Edgy. I did an apt-get
remove --purge and then install, but it still doesn't appear, even in
Alacarte. (But one user has its VLC icon in the menu.) So I reopen the
bug.
