I don't know if you still need i915_error_state dumps for this bug, or
if they should go somewhere else or what.  Bryce's email address doesn't
work, but he probably knows that.

My Dell E6410 has been locking up.  Typically when activating dual
monitors, but this one came when X tried to lock the screen.  I attached
the dump.  Not sure what else you might want.  Here's an "lspci -vv":
