Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

When using darker themes with lighter text. The text in the Details
section for packages in Software Center are showing up almost the same
color as the background. Making them un readable. If the details
background is going to be forced to stay a light color, the text used
inside the area should be forced to stay a darker color to increase
compatability with all theme shades and variants.
