Public bug reported:
My task bars disappeared after modifying my preferences and rebooting. No task
bars available.
Not even the bar and buttons to shutdown my computer.
no menu, no access.
I can use my right click from my mouse to change my desktop preferences and the
keyboard for ctrl+alt+delete and get out of Ubuntu.
That's about it.
