Hi,

I have performed the upgrade to Feisty today and I think I have the same
problem as above.

Also, I am not sure whether this is related (sorry), but I cannot see
the options to change the CPU frequency scaling in the GUI dialog (see
screenshot attached). In my BIOS I have the `stepping' option on:
automatic (as opposed to disabled).
