* Resynchronise with Debian (LP: #749234). Remaining changes:
- Tighten Build-Depends on ggzcore-bin.
- Apply a patch from upstream SVN to build against the new libsilc.
- Tell CDBS to apply patches.
- debian/rules: Enable silc support.
