Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client
I have about 50-60 files synced to the cloud which are not present on my
laptop, mostly music files several megabytes in size. The syncdaemon
periodically tries to download them, and does this 10 files at once, so
they progress a bit slowly. Before any of the transfers complete, the
connection is lost:

Connection lost: Connection to the other side was lost in a non-clean
fashion.
The connection is re-established, and then the cycle repeats from the
beginning. Since the transfers are not resumed, and are interrupted
again, it never makes progress and there are still the same number of
files pending over 24 hours later.
