Binary package hint: unity
I have done a fresh install of ubuntu 11.04 from a usb stick. When i use
compizconfig settings manager, and particularly, when I check/uncheck
wobbly windows my unity crashes. Firstly, my top panel crashes(I dont
see time, calendar, max/min/close buttons) then, when I open unity and
try to search for programs it does not respond. In addition, sometimes,
my keybord stops typing(It works, caps lock etc work, but it just does
not type anything) thus I cant use alt+f2 etc. and in the worst case
scenario, I can even turn my computer off, unless I hold power button,
because nothing works.
Please, please, please fix this
