Binary package hint: lxpanel
OS i am running: Lubuntu 11.10, updated as of today, 5/16/11.
Steps to reproduce: right click on the panel, choose "panel settings", go to
"advanced".
Check the box for "minimize when not in use" and close panel settings window.
Then you may have to reboot to reproduce the problem.
