Confirmed. I'm using an IBM Model M keyboard that has no Windows keys, so I used the Keyboard settings application to 'Use Caps Lock as additional Super'. Afterwards, tapping my newly repurposed Caps Lock key brings up the Dash, but using it with 0-9 to launch apps pinned to the Launcher doesn't work. Neither do the Super+a, Super+f and Super+t combinations for the apps dash, files dash and Bin respectively.
However, Super+s for the workspace switcher, and Super+d and Super+w for 'show the desktop' and 'display all windows' do work. Oddly, when I'm in the workspace switcher, I *can* launch apps with Caps Lock+0-9. They always appear on the top left workspace. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/774967 Title: Super 1..9 doesn't work when "Alt/Win key behaviour" is not default -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
