cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/783479/+attachment/2132096/+files/Requests.ods && localc -nologo Requests.ods saved file, made changes, closed, re-opened and noticed no locking.
