In file "kern.log", the issue starts from row 627.
In file "syslog" starts form row 875.

After these logs, I'm sure that the problem is in the "option" kernel
module. I've also tried to update kernel packages, to reinstall udev,
usb_modeswitch and so on, but with no result.

I'm considering to return back to Ubuntu 10.10. No problems with that
version...
