I got your email, Maxei, and I am replying here: I reported the original bug (#366884). Since then I have upgraded my hardware (quad-core amd64), and used a generic kernel instead of linux- kernel-rt. The problem disappeared, but then again, I am not doing anything professional, etc.
I gave up on using the realtime patched kernel, mainly because it fell behind too much in other areas. Although the general experience was good. I also quit using jackd for general playback, since it never worked well with suspend, which I use very often.
