This is not duplicate of #548866 as it happens on every firefox restart
not only on upgrade as the other bug. Disabling "Ubuntu firefox
modifications" extension will stop resetting middlemouse.contentLoadURL
value, but it also removes this functionality (with extension disabled,
the value is left set to "true" between restarts, but middle clicking
does not load URL from clipboard).
