Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-network

1) Ubuntu Natty 11.04
2) Indicator-network version 0.3.8-0ubuntu1 from the official repos.
3) Go into indicator->network settings->wired->edit->DNS, specifying custom DNS
(like from opendns.com or Google's public DNS), and keep browsing/working with
new custom DNS...
4) All reqs fail with a name resolution error: "Error 137
(net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Unknown error" in google-chrome, "failed:
Temporary failure in name resolution." on wget, "Server not found" on firefox,
etc...
Any IP based networking service works (without DNS resolving).

** Affects: indicator-network (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
