Hi Yaniken, thanks for your report. Could you provide us with a bit more
detail about the problem? Are you seeing error dialogs when you try to
submit? The more detail you can provide, the better it will help us to
determine the cause of the problem.
Also, it might be helpful if you were to open a command line window and
run software-center from there as (note, no sudo!):
$ software-center
And then try to submit a review. When you get the failure, close
Software Center and paste any output in the terminal to this report.
