Yes. Update fails at the very beginning of the process. I am using the graphical (GUI) version for the actual update, but using the command line for all of the apt-get commands being suggested.
It appears that something is wrong with the four components shown in prior posts. I am reluctant to uninstall tzdata and grub. I've not yet tried to uninstall wine or wine1.2.
