I am only using the Intel graphics driver. Because I have been trying a lot of settings, X didn't start anymore. Removing the nvidia drivers (nvidia/nouveau) solved it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to change the screen resolution with Fn key combination 2. Try to use the brightness slider 3. Try to use xbacklight Actual Results: The Brightness does not change in any way. Expected Results: A gradual change in screen brightness should be the result of using at least xbacklight. Screen brightness seems to be at 100% after boot.
