It's better to fix it directly in rosetta if you're a member of the
Ubuntu Spanish Translators, because then the translations will be fixed
next time the language packs are built, because your translations will
be directly approved, since you're an official translator.

However, if you aren't, then your fix will be blocked as "needs review",
and you'll need to find a "sponsor" to review and approve them. And as
the translators won't notice your change, it's better to file a bug and
subscribe (or assign the bug) to the ubuntu-l10n-es, or mail their list.
