I just recorded a small video with Desktop Recorder on the ogv format which I
would like to transcode to webm.
I have the exact same symptoms.
I choose the input file, select the Output format, click on transcode.
The UI deactivates all controls, the progress bar does not fill and no
CPU usage is reported.
