Thank you for reporting this and helping to make Ubuntu better. Can you
please do two things:
1.) Take a screenshot where you see the no entry sign. Using Alt+PrintScreen.
Attach it to this bug report.
2.) Open a terminal with Ctrl+Alt+T and type 'apport-collect 784812'
