Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

When the sound applet shows un-muted, and I haven't changed the system
volume in a while (e.g. after having come out of suspend or after a
reboot), pressing the "mute" button on my keyboard makes the applet show
muted for a split second, then it automatically unmutes. Pressing mute
again causes it to mute and stay muted correctly. It's almost like for
the first press, there's some timing delay that causes the button to be
de-bounced incorrectly, regardless of how long I actually hold down the
button. I've tried changing the length of time I hold down the button,
and it happens regardless of depress duration.

It's not a huge problem, but it's really annoying, and seems like it
would be a simple fix.

Also, sorry if this bug report actually applies to some other sound
component. The volume control shown in the indicator-applet was where
the bug appears to manifest, so I reported it under that.
