libnet-http-perl approved from a packaging/maintenance point of view,
though I'd like to see ~pkg-perl-maintainers subscribed to its bugs like
some of the other perl packages.
An http implementation makes me nervous so I'm passing to ubuntu-
security though for a review; better safe than sorry.
