+1 It only affects the Y mouse coordinate. I noticed that when it "happens" I can only click the lower part of the button. In Chrome I have click slightly above the hyperlinks. The problem is always gone after moving the window hosting the button(s)/links on the screen. I suspect that the height of the menu bar (that is now moved from the window onto the panel in Unity) is still sometimes included in the Y calculations causing the problem.
