Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: screen

To reproduce:

echo "layout save foo\nlayout autosave" > tmp-screenrc
screen -c tmp-screenrc -D -m

This segfaults every time because layout saving attempts to access a tty
and with using "-d -m" or "-D -m" screen starts detached and does not
have a tty. This bug affects mainly byobu because it has layout saving
enabled by default. Standard vanilla screen does not.
