Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: light-themes

I don't imagine it was an intentional design decision for normal_unfocused
windows to have a padding value of 7 px, while normal_focused windows have a
padding of 5 px. Why would they be different?
(see: /usr/share/themes/Ambiance/metacity-1/metacity-theme-1.xml)

And while in theory this simple difference of 2 pixels should never be
noticed by regular users, it has triggered another bug which would
otherwise have remained hidden (bug 772972).
