Binary package hint: synaptic

Reproducable.
Update through update-manager.
Open Synaptic, reload package list, review file -> history.
Result: Recent updated packages aren't displayed.
Tested four times: Close Synaptic, reopen, reload, history wasn't updated.

Open Software-Center -> history.
Result: Recent updated packages are listed.

## Since I suspend (uptime 19 days), I'll check tomorrow if Synaptic
history is updated.
