Hi Timo, Thanks for the backtrace! We can work with it even without the addresses being annotated, but I should have asked you to install some extra debug packages first. I'll provide instructions on how to do this so if you hit a crash again you can provide us with an easier to read annotated backtrace.
1. Add the dbgsym archive (if you haven't done this before): $ sudo add-apt-repository deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ natty main restricted $ sudo add-apt-repository deb http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ natty-updates main restricted 2. Update apt $ sudo apt-get update 3. Install extra debug symbols $ sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-evdev-dbgsym $ sudo apt-get install libutouch-grail1-dbgsym Thanks! ** Changed in: xorg-server (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Triaged -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/764700 Title: Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in utouch_frame_sync() -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
