Public bug reported:
The bluetooth icon in the top panel is grayed out. Click on it yields a
menu reporting "Bluetooth: On", but has no menu items for adding
devices, just "Turn Off Bluetooth" and "Bluetooth preferences". The
bluetooth preferences dialog only shows a giant "Turn On Bluetooth"
button, but clicking it doesn't appear to do anything.
Upon running '/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart', everything's ok. The
bluetooth panel icon brightens, devices are listed in the menu, and
devices can be added and work well. After a reboot though, bluetooth is
broken again.
Bluetooth had no similar problem on this same machine running Maverick.
