Perhaps this could be improved, but it is likely due to the fact that
the control panel rounds the numbers to something human readable:
2000MB/4.3MB = 0.002 MB = 0.000002 GB, so rounding to whole integers,
0GB is correct, though not very informative.
This comes to 0.2% so again correctly rounded down to 0.
