Hitoshi Nakada: No worries, just a bit surprised. The file dmesg.txt was a log file from your system and it contained a lot of error messages which sounded like one of your disk drives was dying. Perhaps you should look into it again; you might have a problem if you are still running the same hardware. Look in /var/log/dmesg and/or /var/log/messages for a start. I think I remember the messages were something like ATA reset, request timed out, but now since you removed the attachment, I can't check.
