I would just like to add a note to the previous comment. Envy (and other 3rd party helper) installed packages can cause upgrades to later versions of Ubuntu to fail (see Bug #107915 ). Also any nvidia problems that occur after envy (or 3rd party helpers) is installed should not be reported here but instead reported to the envy (or 3rd party helpers) developers.
