Patrik Nilsson, this issue is unreproducible in LibreOffice Calc via the Terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/482330/+attachment/1028200/+files/test.ods && localc -nologo test.ods secondary click sheet aaaaaaaaaa -> click Move/Copy sheet... -> checkbox Copy checked -> OK button and notice the new sheet has all the data cell content copied.
